Dan Mangan, CNBC staff writer also said NWGC was not one of the companies the SEC was looking at.

The story said no such thing.

Mangan is not stupid - he said NWGC is not one of the 7 named in the SEC complaint, but he is certainly implying the SEC may very well be investigating Miller's actions with NWGC.

And the SEC flat-out stated they are still investigating the case. That is the language they use when they expect to add additional persons or companies to the existing complaint.

Nope, Sorry, I'll draw no different conclusion...at all.

Mangan read the SEC complaint, so he knows that NWGC is not part of the SPECIFIC complaint. I seriously doubt he has anything to be concerned about.

That said, as 1manband and others have stated, you can be damned sure that the SEC will be looking into Miller's activities here. Mangan, being astute, knows that. As should any sane person.

Neither I or Mangan said anything about the judge in the custodianship hearing.
