yes you can't short OTC stocks in USA but if you are in a foreign land you can

I can confirm that Schwab will allow short selling of penny stocks with increased margin requirements and depending if shares are available to short. Hard to Borrow fees apply, etc. You can short you just have to have the right broker. That's why that nut Tim Sykes is always saying yes you can short penny stocks because that's how he got rich.
