100% agreed. I literally found myself asking “WTF did he just say” after every concept discussed. Ultimately the market agreed because the stock consistently went down after he spoke or PR’d. No notes, ever, and it’s not like he is good ad-libbing .

I kept my original stake from 2012 to wet my beak if some miracle happens and the 13d wins the battle.

I have a feeling the lawsuits will ultimately get personal with the board members who have shirked their fiduciary responsibility to protect shareholders in an already proven egregious fashion. Who knows what lurks beneath the hood when discovery happens in these law suits and the facts comes out about Pestell, HIV BLA RTF, various non submissions- submissions, revenue next week, etc.

HTF did I stay invested so long looking at this incomplete list?

BreezeWoodAcres- can’t NP be removed by the fact that he has lied and taken shareholder money. If that doesn’t get you fired nothing will. Was it wrong what he did , if he took the money for personal gain it is wrong and he should have already been removed. This is why our path has been even more difficult than the FDA has made it .
