Haha, if this were the case, statute of limitations would wouldn’t start until after this action, as it would be a furtherance of the supposed fraud…. And this was a terrible “stall tactic” as it would give a judge an exact amount the company feels it owes to the shareholder. Why not just wait to see if money is in escrow, then crow Bud.
Wow… why would they post about this? They could just delay without posting any information.. why waste time stringing us along when they could stop responding to emails and stop posting anything. This is absolutely absurd.
Because some people do the right thing? Benito Novas isn't a penny stock swindler! And after this merger he'll probably have 10's of millions of dollars in GSCG stock! Make sense?
