Why mislead folks? Come on already! Management told me in numerous emails that they see no proof of NSS or shorts at all for that matter, they have no intention of looking into it further. That came directly from management. So why all the "short" talk? You can't force the company to look into something if they don't want to? It's over. No shorts period.
