You know that for a fact, or are you guessing that will be the case?
"Plenty of time" is relative. Plenty of time in the 13-D'rs eyes, or plenty of time for the shareholders?
If the plan is great, and something everyone will want, why the secrecy and waiting? Possible they don't really have a plan yet, and are just blowing smoke?
Whenever I hear "everything will be great, just wait and see," it's a giant red flag. I've personally been involved in situations like that and it seldom turns out great.
They need to release their plan now, and let people decide for themselves. Not two days before the annual meeting. It's gonna be DOA if they try to ram something through at the last minute.
