Of course, Knuckle. This board has many regulars here who's input I respect and appreciate, so it's an obvious starting point for me to ask questions before I go down the rabbit hole myself.

Again, I am just speculating because I don't have access to pick Chappell's brain and ask him the reasoning directly, but the need to get his ownership under just barely under 20% at this point in time seem strikes me as something that should be viewed as a little more than coincidence.. He is far too calculated for his actions to not serve a purpose of some kind.
