The share structure here is a huge issue. Also, the wash trading/flipping tells me most (if anyone) are waiting to see if this acquisition will really come to pass. Market is not believing it so far. I’m in this too, so just making an assessment of what I see. It’s great that the CEO at the end of the day loves to talk to shareholders but that in and of itself won’t make this move, as we’ve seen.
