Right now they are a shell company. The company will be merged with Carbon-Ion., when/if they file their Form 211.

All about risk-reward at this stage. They have gone further than any other delisted pink to grey company that I've seen in my 30 years of investing.

Remember this was approaching $1.00 before the SEC notice.
