Yup! Clean slate meaning no debts. The current company has YEARS of fins that needed to be submitted and previous auditors to come back in and help. Was a big $hit show.
The filings have all actually been submitted to the SEC.
SEC is extremely backed up with years of fins/fillings for TONS of companies this year before the sept deadline. And majority SEC employees are still working from home.
Last we heard from them the paper works to get out of The dark status is sitting at the desks of the SEC. any day now bill my friend!
