Agreed - and more and more goodies will be awarded as the new peeps will want theirs. Yeah things like options count in fully diluted - same with warrant tranches that have exercise prices between a few cents and $10 USD.

As it is right now (today) a $10 BO PPS is a price tag of $1.43 BILLION. A double for some - a triple for the lucky ones. WHHHHHEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

MDT, if they are even interested, will not allow PPS to get out of control (like with Mazor). The excitables can't seem to get that
