then that should be in the first paragraph of the pr, followed with a 'we can use this positive cash flow to finance future....blah blah blah' type statement. Instead they choose to highlite the fact they are diluting shareholders. Strictly from a pr/marketing standpoint they do need some help with press releases.

We know what's going on here, but who wants to hear it from a poster on yahoo; accentuate the positive in press releases for the love of humanity.
