On May 28, 2021 our Board of Directors and the holders of a majority of the voting power of our stockholders approved an amendment to our changing the name of the Company to Medolife RX Holdings, Inc. and to change the symbol of the Company.

The Company currently conducts its business through its wholly owned subsidiary Medolife Rx, Inc., a Wyoming corporation, and the Board of Directors believes that it would benefit the Company if its name reflected that of its main business.

The Company will also change its trading symbol to reflect the new name.
