INO Inovio has gotten relative crumbs from CEPI and that was a long time ago.
Now INO is stuck in Phase 2 and going nowhere in the United States.
CEPI has stopped giving money to Inovio (INO) and is very unlikely to change tact now that Inovio is failing.
