There has been talk about that they will not reverse split MJWL. The aquisition(s) deem it unnecessary for a reverse split.

MJWL has no plan for RS and intend to act as anchor/holding company for other acquisitions in order to increase SP. They've reiterated it several times on Twitter and their Discord IR Q&A with CEO Chong.
