ATNP shares are not available to buy which means at the current juncture no tickets available to the party. Once they become current, with a rollout behind it, those that want to buy can belly up to the new market price. Yes, sure as hell glad I have my tickets to the party as well.
With billions of shares traded recently, I seriously doubt this will be dormant for an extended period.
