Got to love the we anticipate and in the future. Plus there is no upfront monay associated with this. CM really has no skin in the game right now. Need to see more for this to be worth anything.

we anticipate that raw liquid latex from our Cameroon plantations will in the future be processed into eco-friendly Vytex latex, which has all the advantages of latex, plus the added benefits of a healthier, purer product with improved strength, durability and flexibility. The synergies are strong and vital.”

Actually READ the Corrie MacColl deal ...

Agreement Highlights:

As part of the agreement, Vystar will:
• Appoint CMC as its market development and distribution partner;
• Provide support and technical assistance in the market development of the products; and
• Grant CMC non-exclusive rights to use the Vytex trademark.

As part of the agreement, CMC will:

• Appoint a producer for the entire Vytex product range;
• Be responsible for managing and/or developing appropriate distribution networks, including the warehousing and shipping of liquid Vytex latex throughout the supply chain from rubber plantations to customer facilities;
• Handle all marketing of Vytex branded latex products to potential natural rubber latex customers;
• Act upon all infringement issues that become known.
• Pay a royalty fee quarterly to Vystar.

IF (IF IF IF!!!) ANYTHING ever comes from this "deal" -

Corrie MacColl will:
get the exclusive rights to the Vytex trademark
(no big deal... no one knows what Vytex is anyway)
grow the rubber trees
"appoint a producer" to make the products
manage and/or develop distribution networks
handle all marketing

Vystar will (IF ANYTHING EVER HAPPENS)
get a "royalty fee"

PERIOD!!

So basically, Vystar gave Vytex away for a tiny cut of the pie?

Guess that beats having to actually do ANY work!!

PERFECT "deal" for LYIN' Greg
Let someone else do all the work!

So... VYSTAR will NEVER have a Vytex product for sale.
They gave the entire pie away and they get to lick the pan!

More SOMEDAY MAYBE pipe dreams

Nobody has forgotten this, but they have failed to provide any guidance for the bottom line or give a timeline for any products. At .05 investors have patience to let it play out. Month after month of red and heading towards sub penny that patience is gone. They need to *DO* something. All they’ve proven at this point is the old man can run a furniture sale - which is hardly surprising.

Where is the spin-off? Where is the 3000? Where is the buyback? All of these things were promised YEARS AGO at this point. What the heck are they waiting for? It boggles the mind how poorly this has been run as a public company. This isn’t their own privately held company anymore, it’s a public company and their fiduciary duty is to their investors. Not his bratty kid with a no show job taking and selling millions of shares every quarter. We have all had enough.Jmo
