"Near Future," LLBO is probably going to be suspended by the SEC for ten days on June 30th.

Acropolis said in their petition for custodianship that the SEC will suspend LLBO on June 30th if it's not current by then. Same for KAST and KATX. I'm not sure if that is even true, but we'll know in a few days, because there is zero chance Holmes will turn over the books and records in time for Acropolis to file financials for LLBO by June 30th. Zero chance. Holmes might NEVER do it.

It looks like none of these three are going to be current on June 30th. KATX has the best chance, IMO, because KATX cooperated, weeks ago.

OTCIQ is not that big of a deal, BTW. If you have no news, there's nothing to promote, and if you have news, you don't need OTCIQ to disperse it.
