Those Canadians holding $AVVH shares still have to go thru the lengthy process to free up their shares first. And some Canadian shareholders may even be out of the loop completely and have no idea that their stock is worth so much now. They gave up hope back when the CTO came out. At least 2 ihub members have posted about the process that involves numerous phone calls and forms to fill out then wait for the request to go thru which can take weeks to complete.
