Good information, not sure it will save him from prosecution unless he’s a whistleblower….if he is a whistleblower this likely marks the end and the feds are coming for Kenny.

Why resign when he’s been doing such a bang up job handing over cash to the dumb money, loosing the company BILLIONS he’s supposed to be looking after? Sounds like the rubber ducky is circling the drain.
