I like AVVH but I don't live in pinky fantasyland - there isn't anyway that a empty Custodianship play will be on Nasdaq this time next year - I suggest you read the listing requirements.

AVVH isn't a SEC reporter and it will take close to a year for that to happen. AVVH would have to file 2 years of audited financials and file a registration statement (either a S-1 or Form 10) and pass SEC comments then AVVH would have to find a MM to file a Form 211.

Then the Nasdaq requirements would be impossible to be met within a year.
