“Stolen shell”?! The false claims here are laughable at best.

This dormant ticker was brought to court in a perfectly legal proceeding to revive it with a new ceo and was legally approved by the court and signed off on by the judge. Went to shareholder meeting and a new ceo was appointed. 100% all done legally and by the book.

July 2nd the guy who put this PubCo together goes infront of the judge on SEC Indictment/Securities Fraud charges, they will specifically ask him about NWGC and why he deleted his StockTwits account lmao, he's screwed, kinda like ALL the investors he's screwed over the years. More names to come, the SEC has been working on this for 2yrs, lots of PubCo's were high jacked by these crooks, oh how this is gonna be fun.
