LMAO the form 25 was removing them from an exchange. All seasoned traders know CACH didnt file anything at all to not report to the SEC. Sorry I know how this stuff works so Im not falling for the BS

CACH WAS REGISTERED UNDER SECTION 12(b) NOT 12(g). CACH HAS NO FILING REQUIREMENTS. CASE CLOSED.


That's total nonsense. Section 12(b) is for companies listed on a national exchange. Which CACH once was.
