Agreed but only if funding was secured.

I don’t think he would feel the need to say we didn’t get funding in a pr because the company never intended on getting government funding. That was just sprung on to them. If they got it, PR it. But if they didn’t, I don’t see them needing to say anything about it because of what I just stated.
