If it was an exchange that already existed, someone would own part of it. This is going to be 100% NSAV's exchange. My guess is it is brand new. GMAN you wanted NSAV to own something 100%, well here it is. But wait, it gets better. NSAV will own 50% of SBC DeFi, 40% of Virtua Broker, 20% of Rydehails, 100% of the token, and more. No brainer to own as much of this as you can.
