pm's up, 'big' meeting today and we're red; I'm assuming b/c of the increase in shares being authorized at the AGM(?) No news in a long time.. maybe sandbagging to place more shares(?)

just speculation...... of course, i'd rather be wrong and something groundbreaking be announced and shock the market-
