What's BS about it? What could they POSSIBLY have done that would make you happy? Some people made money, some lost a LOT! There's no perfect solution but what more could you ask? And of course it will happen or they just boxed themselves into a MUCH WORSE LAWSUIT! It's not a UFO, it's a Merger ZimZum!
