As we all know --- what with the looming new (strict) OTC/SEC Filing rules & protocols --- it is getting increasingly difficult to PICK an OTC WINNER these days. Or, they shoot-up a couple hundred percent in just one day, then VANISH forever. But with HPIL, I like the LONG-TERM nature of that about which they speak.
