My biggest concern is the botched S-1.....how do the #s add up? Zach really does need to fix the OS issue, or, if somehow (I doubt it), those shares are coming OUT of the public float, why isn't there an explanation as to how that is? That would have been great news (e.g., if they were bought back). Of course, I doubt it--instead, the S-1 looks very sloppily done and it will need to be amended I highly suspect.

The thing about RHL is it’s a separate business. It’s interacting with VNUE so they were good enough to give VNUE the money they did not have to do. Zach is helping them. Maybe a partner. It’s not VNUE’s. There may be things with the filings that change. SEC and Zach will work that out. Agreed it’s been awfully slow and I know he’s pedaling as fast as he can. Some things take time. I don’t like it anymore than everybody but when I bought in I bought into the company and said Zach run with it. I’m behind you. Let him do it. He’s probably learning things he didn’t know. Maybe this isn’t the right company for some investors. I like it.
