we need to find out how the SEC is classifying ICP. if they consider it a commodity wash sale rules don't apply, if it's a security, then the WS rule does apply.
there's a coordinated twitter attack on ICP this weekend, with lots of large accounts tweeting out the same two screenshots, claiming VCs made $10B dumping into the initial listing hype.
what none of them will admit is this coincides with ICP hitting all time lows, and ne one is disclosing if they are a buyer while they trash it.
