Goodie, interestingly enough I recall seeing paperwork on the preferreds I held inquiring as to the date of purchase long, long ago. I purchased those after the set date so I hadn't filed it. I don't believe that applied to CTs at the time as they were not in BK per se (not part of OBS). That said, I wonder why it would have any bearing here, as the CT have not stopped trading.
