I am in complete agreement. It would be difficult to just divest assets without some sort of shareholder notification? Not that shareholders could stop it, but I think there would have to be some type of notification, which as everyone knows BSLP has not done in a LONG time!

I agree, but I have a feeling Schewe will sell Elite back to himself at some point. Probably at a 80 percent discount like the loans he made for stock. He's not going to let Elite go down with the ship.
