Thanks!....Yes that makes sense. So companies that aren't reporting will go Grey basically. Unless they're working on it and talk to the SEC....

So it's not a hard and fast rule so to speak.

And the OTCM June 30 deadline is more of a 'guideline', cause they're swamped and it will take time to get current....

I also think that a lot more money will be going into so called 'good' companies...cause people won't be able to trade the 'Stop' sign companies much anymore...cause a lot of em will go Grey.

And you probably wouldn't WANT to trade those companies, since they could go Grey at any time......and then you lose a LOT of your money....
