100% wrong if he wanted to screw the shareholder's and make money he could have killed all the shares when in Bankruptcy and started fresh with and new stock symbols and killed all creditors and sold all the patents and made way more money
The Patents are the reason for not killing the shareholder's in Bankruptcys, why because there is so much more value to getting the Phase 2 Trials done and the product to the Market place long view hundreds of millions of dollars when they pull this all together and cross the finish line. Just wait and see

The R/S I think we will see in 2 quarter of 2022 will take care of the 300B shares you keep harping will be gone at that point. It should also put BRTX in Is position to uplift to the NASDAQ sometimes in quarter 3 or 4 of 2022 of course this is all IMHO
