I understand what you are saying but cooking the books is fraud. A PR here and there with a forward looking statement disclaimer attached to it is not legally binding.
Atwec is a non filer with the SEC so no need to disclose anything material in the form of 8Ks.
They sold some shares into the contact PR and since mostly have been issued restricted. The share structure is very good for an OTC company.
Also when do you think the best time to buy on the OTC would be? After the news? Or before the news?
When there are upcoming catalysts and management is silent…that screams buy. As soon as that news hits regardless of what it is if it’s the least bit positive you miss out on 20-30% min.
