Mark clearly stated in January that another entity might merge into STHC, people just ingnored it and explained it away and things changed as they often do. The structure changed and how they were going to go public changed, happens all the time

I honestly don’t understand why so many are getting their knickers in a twist here!

Mark clearly said that the RTO cannot proceed without the NI 43 - 101 report being completed … has it been

completed yet?

From everything Mark has achieved behind the scenes, he very much seems like a man who knows exactly

what he is doing, and he seems to have a plan for everything!

So till we hear otherwise from Mark, I think we should all take a deep breath and calm down!

I am sure when he is ready, he will let us know exactly how this is going to move forward!

And I don’t think that screwing over current shareholders are in his plans somehow!
