Plus it doesn’t matter if they sold 200 million shares at 0.0001 for no reason. If VNUE can generate revenue then the sp will bounce back accordingly.

LOL. Do you think they telegraph it?

Both they and the company work hard to keep it hidden.

But, as I have already said, they are doing a number of things in the SPA that tells us their intentions:

1) having the company file a registration statement so the stock is immediately free trading when issued post effectiveness.
2) limiting the issuances so their holding at any given time is less than 4.99% so they do not have to file an ownership report (this is a big clue as they have to sell in order to take the next issuance and stay below the limit).
3) requiring the shares be DWAC’d directly to their account

All three of those things are done so the stock can be sold immediately.

Now…folks can either gain an understanding of how things work in the OTC with penny financiers, or simply ignore the above….until it shows up in OS and float.
