I have been doing lots of breath work with some meditation. My breath work can be like meditation. I would like some Tibetan bowls as well. My favorite meditation ap is insight timer. Yes all good stuff and gets one out of their head. Check out certified health nut on YouTube. He is fun. I love his zen swing video, etc.
