Why not buy the SNTX shares, with Buzzy No guarantee the spin off will happen. Many of us sitting here holding an empty sack from the LOFB/BNOW. Nothing but nothing can be believed that comes out of BSer Master Diluters mouth. 600 Million OS added this year for what? $52,000 in sales for 2020.
