Maybe why the push to lower price...so they can start buying back...LOL I've also seen where companies, will all of a sudden reduce the OS and then do the R/S...seen that plenty of times...LOL

I also somewhat predicted that 2021 was the year of R/S for many companies. Especially in the OTC. LOL...even GE is doing one...I mean wow.
