Yet they are a DELINQUENT SEC FILER. CACH didn’t begin as a pinky, the Nasdaq filed the Form 25. That doesn’t mean they never have to file again, they’re DELINQUENT SEC REPORTING and a prime candidate for SEC suspension for Severely delinquent financials.
