Assuming that they specifically cover at the meeting or concurrently via a PR what's happened with the merger ...ie, confirming it's a done deal at this point....would certainly trigger a huge gap up IMO. But they still have to take that action...it's not going to gap up just because they comfirm via a meeting the name change to APYP a Nevada vs SD corporation and an expansion of the SS as per the proxy statement...if that's the only news on Monday..can;t see this gapping up at all...but I could be wrong..have been about gapping up this week to $.01 I thought..hasn't happened yet
