But the real $$ question is:

What prompted the addition of the board members?

This is really the only place to find an answer that might remotely justify

these tedious $$ outlays. My guess is JK is smart enough not to need these

people; it's possible that some contracts may require a larger

board group to convince big clients that they know what they're doing.

That's my only real argument that this guy was needed, as well as a couple

other board members. If that, then okay. If not, all aboard for

flufftown. It'll be lots of talking w no one rocking.
