What is the CAUSE OF ACTION and in what ground? The CTs are under CLASS 10B and will receive distributions after CLASS 3 to CLASS 5 are SATISFIED IN FULL. The CTs did not loss anything yet. Chapter 11 reorganization is still very much alive and may close before the end of this year.

That's a lot of useful information being disclosed to someone. If you are holding millions of $ in CT's purchased for pennies, like many here have claimed, have you been harmed and how much? If you bought CT's at $25 many years ago when issued, then it's a different story. A CT is a CT imo. The price you paid is different. You have to decide how much such disclosure helps this case and who it helps the most. I'll admit I don't know though I'd be cautious.

need more info. don't believe in lawsuits, looks at fannie freddie. but need more info on where is the strength of the case, and lawyers can always do pro bono as advertise to join with details. it appears to be strong but i am biased. lots of lessons learnt from fannie holding for 13 years with a huge loss.

Led by Rex Wu, Class Action Lawsuit Against the BNYM, as Trustee -- I have also joined, Rex is very responsive, replies to all emails. They have yet to reach 50 members as far as I know. Please join Rex in this fight, he has been fighting this as long as Cotton that too in court and also at risk of censure by the court.

You all know this is futile RIGHT! You should ask yourselves Why would you send your shares in. If our fiduciary trust has been broken. I would suspect you make a complaint with the SEC about the breach of that duty.
Why the breach was well documented by the failure to document the certificates. IMO GLTA
