I believe any pre-market OTC bid or ask is usually worthless to try to make a educated guess as to what price the stock will trade at, and I trade a lot of OTC's... Unless there is NEWS or some other urgent reason to get involved in the buying or selling process, I usually like to wait until at least 5 minutes have passed before placing and "bid sitting" orders, and even then, I like to pull em off when I see market makers jumping me by .01 or .02 cents, so they get to sit up their by themselves, lol... It doesn't hurt to pull and reissue orders on the OTC, because there is no "first in line rule". Market makers will fill you if and when they please... sigh...
