PTS this is clearly just a cash payment, looks like they did it to eliminate all of the hassle and unknown with their preferred share strategy. Lans won't magically turn the $8.2M into more money.
I know many here are still grumbling, but this is honestly still unprecedented news. EVERY SINGLE OTHER TIME a ticker has been halted (at least in my experience), shareholders were stuck with nothing. Trust me, I have a long list of frozen numbers and letters in both of my trading accounts. It is an unfortunate risk of the OTC game.
I owned several million shares of ELT* when it got halted, literally never to be seen again. OZS* took over that LOI with the same Assignment and Assumption agreement template, never gave ELT* shareholders ANYTHING, and went on to achieve a nearly unfathomable market cap. LAHO shareholders should be extremely excited to be getting this... myself included. COMPARED TO NOTHING. All this talk of suing... it will not change the outcome.
On the other side of this coin, MSSV has been trading for about 2 years now, so folks wanting a chance to be part of this deal have had every opportunity to purchase shares. Everyone called me stupid, but I came to play and own A LOT of MSSV in addition to my 20M LAHO. We each made our own decisions.
More good news for MSSV, with the OS fully preserved you can guarantee we are EXTREMELY undervalued. You can buy shares right now while the market cap is $2M instead of waiting until it is $10M, $100M.... or higher. Trust me, I'm holding strong and seeing this thing through, so you won't be getting my shares if you buy. In fact, if we see a pullback, I'll just buy more. MOONSHOTS DO HAPPEN. Good luck.
