WIth regards to the patent issue, it was actually found that there are MORE patents than those listed there. So that point is moot as well.

Noted. And we now know that not only was the letter of intent to merge with/acquire Carbon ION absolutely legitimate, but also, Carbon ION (owning all of ZapGo's IP) has more than 70, not just 30, relevant patents. Boom!
