MSSV is NOT a SEC registrant company. They have zero business filing an 8-K.

That is only for SEC registrants.

This is another example of the serial scam trying to appear to be legitimate.

Considering this was announced a little over two weeks ago. My opinion is that this may go down as one of the most complex and complicated/lengthy merger processes in the OTC history due to LAHO not originally having the current filings and having to take the time to go through other hurdles (ex. MSSV) to eventually get to this point. Yes, this has taken way way longer than anyone previously would have desired. But, if they eventually do follow through completely for LAHO/MSSV and GSCG then this may be one of those unique glorious moments for the OTC that does provide redemption to shareholders. We shall see.
