Those 44mm are as good as restricted and really can be returned back into treasury for one preferrd share with ultra voting rights.

Only shares that matter in these R/M plays is the float. That’s your market cap. They dump those control shares and they lose the shell.

Your SS might be way better than you think. It keeps the PPS low as retails guys don’t understand market cap for shell plays
