I’ve been mulling over your comment on 912. It’s possible that winning with g will signal other similar suits. It will confirm what the court already knows, the evidence is in the servers. I wonder if that
closing the door on discovery wiggle room might be an advantage. If N suspects a company why would they expose that until they are at peak justification? If there is such a thing(?).
